Due Diligence

All Nextgen projects must undergo the process of ‘Due Diligence’ which translates into taking reasonable steps to make sure that a course of action that is being recommended is right. When it comes to a construction site, due diligence is the process of assessing the site to eliminate possible risks in the building design and ensure that it is suitable for its intended purpose. The primary objective of this exercise is that the work on site gets completed on time with minimum risk to people and property in the vicinity, within the budgetary allocation.

All projects undergo our pre-formatted process of investigation, audit and review during the course of Due Diligence on the counts that are mentioned below:

  • Analysis of purpose.
  • Financial analysis, implications and projections.
  • Full check of documents.
  • Risk analysis and management.
  • Presentation of conclusions and recommendations supported by sound rationale.
  • Zoning Laws, Storm Water Management, Neighbourhood laws
